Reject all offers for Lot No. 2 Обоснование: РЕШЕНИЕ КОМИССИИ:
1. Признать победителем закупа услуг по производству рекламных материалов (таблички, стикеры, рекламные панели) (в ассортименте) – ТОО "Отан қала".
2. Департаменту маркетинга и стратегического развития, в срок не позднее 20 (двадцати) календарных дней с даты утверждения бюджета на 2025 год, заключить договор о закупках с ТОО "Отан қала" на общую сумму 4 273 000 тенге без учета НДС.
3. Закуп услуг полиграфии (листовки, буклеты, постеры, визитки) (в ассортименте) по лоту П/61 признать несостоявшимся в соответствии с пунктом 12.8. Правил осуществления закупок ТРУ ТОО «PetroRetail» (после отклонения осталось менее 2 (двух) коммерческих предложений).
4. В соответствии с пунктами 12.9., 12.10. Правил осуществления закупок ТРУ ТОО «PetroRetail» Товарищество вправе повторно провести закупки способом запроса коммерческих предложений. Повторный закуп должен быть объявлен в срок не позднее 10 (десяти) рабочих дней, со дня, следующего за днем подписания настоящего протокола итогов.
