Обоснование: 5. Решение комиссии:
5.1. Закуп средств измерений (метрошток, ареометры, мерник, пробоотборник, рулетка с лотом) по лотам № Г/1618 – Г/1648, Г/1680 –Г/1696 признать не состоявшимся, согласно пункту 12.8 Правил закупок (после отклонения заявок осталось менее 2 ценовых предложений).
5.2. В соответствии с пунктами 12.9., 12.10. Правил осуществления закупок ТРУ ТОО «PetroRetail» Товарищество вправе повторно провести закупки способом запроса коммерческих предложений. Повторный закуп должен быть объявлен в срок не позднее 10 (десяти) рабочих дней, со дня, следующего за днем подписания настоящего протокола итогов.
